Futansi's UV conveyor systems provide uniform, rapid, and secure curing for UV and LED curable materials such as adhesives, coatings, and inks. They comprise a conveyor belt that moves through a curing chamber, with lamps installed overhead and/or along the sides to ensure efficient curing of products.
Our units come equipped with standard metal halide (for longwave UV) or mercury (for shortwave UV) bulbs, as well as LED arrays. The UV conveyors can be configured with a single, double, or quadruple set of UV or LED curing light to suit diverse curing needs, with the option to add extra lamps for side-cure processes.
These UV light-curing conveyor systems maintain a consistent transport speed, feature adjustable lamp heights, and offer stable lamp intensity, ensuring reliable and optimized light-curing processes. Futansi's UV cure ovens also effectively block extraneous light, while delivering some of the most intense curing capabilities available in the industry.
